Cloudy orange-golden colour, large and very creamy white head. Fruity nose. Medium-bodied, good wheaty malt flavours, hints of banana and peach, very smooth palate.

Unclear matt medium yellow orange colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, creamy caramel, notes, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long to average duration, fruity, yeasty, citrus - orange notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. Wish we will be able to taste this again fresh on draught at the brauhaus. [20121228]

Bottle from a small getrankemarkt beside Hopfen und Maltz. Medium gold, no cloudiness. Aroma is citrus and yeast. A lemon flavoured wheat beer, reminds you of pancake tuesday. Unusual but very drinkable.

It’s unclear yellow-golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of yeast, banana and wheat. The sweet flavor is soft but pleasant and harmonic with notes of yeast, banana and wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy.

Bottle: Cloudy, stable mid-sized fluffy head, deep golden to orangey coloured, clumps of yeast visible, fresh and distinctive citrussy-yeasty nose, wheat-malt underneath; smooth, light bodied, moderate sweet-sourish flavour; increasing yeasty taste in the slightly lingering fresh sweet-sourish finish. I generally do not dig German Hefeweizen, but this is really a nice one......

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Yeasty wheaty aroma with sourish fruity notes of ripe citrus, lemon-grass, even a bit zesty, accompanied by a whiff of cloves and vanilla. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Present wheat-character with citrus-fruits and a tinge phenolic spices in the background; delicately sour-fruity and wheaty finish with hints of vanilla in the aftertaste. Aroma of whit with light notes of citrus. Hazy yellow color, creamy head. Flavor is wheaty, velvety, hints of fruit. Light astringent finish. Bit unusual but nice wheat.
