Bottle @ Ambrosetti, Berlin. Pours dark ruby amber with a small white head. Tart fruit, wheat, yeast and caramel. Medium bodied.

Etwas Süße im Antrunk gepaart mit ein wenig Frucht und Alkohol im Geschmack. Kein herausragender Bock, aber trotz einer gewissen Müffligkeit durchaus überzeugend.

Deep brown to light black colour with steady head and smooth body. Nose of intense yeast. Taste of yeast, malt, roast, torf, burnt toffee, resins and old cheese. Easy and nice to drink with the expected Bock-hints. Nise one but not outstanding.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of all foam finely sized light brown colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a softly carbonated transparent cola brown colored body. The mild aroma was sweet and wheat. The bubbly mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a bubbly aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of wheat and sweet. An OK brew just nothing special.

It’s unclear dark brown with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of dark, dried fruits, yeast, wheat and caramel. The sweet flavor is amazing, it has notes of lots of dried, dark fruits, yeast, wheat, dark caramel and hints of licorice in the yeasty finish. The balance is perfect!!

Bottle. Murky brown colored beer with a nice, off white head. Aroma has banana, wheat. Actually it has a quite distinct hefeweizen smell to it. Flavor is medium sweet with a very nice wheaty, malty overall flavor in it. No alcohol detected. Very nice, smooth mouthfeel and very easy to drink. Great brew!

Refrigerated 0.5 L bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours translucent medium brown with dark brown hightlights and big fluffy beige head which dissapates quickly. Little lacing, medium/light carbonation, thin/medium body, and tart roasted malt aroma. Taste is tart roasted malt and some banana. More simple than most weizen bocks, and a little closer to a dunkleweizen. Wouldn’t seek this out again.

50cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks! Pours dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of wheat, malt and fruit with just a hint of alcohol. Sweet and fruity with a somewhat bitter finish. Very well balanced. Medium body. Nice and refreshing. (2012-08-11)
