3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled form Burton beer festival 2005. Light tanned body (which surprised me), bubblegum flavours, a strangely muted finish that’s slightly sweet, still an interesting beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
To add to the comments already posted, I was surprised as to the darker color of this beer. However it drank quite smooth with many herbal scents and flavors

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Swing-top bottle: Hazy, light amber coloured, mid-sized fluffy head, slowly diminishing; distinctive fruity aroma: bananas, but also strawberries (!) and other summer fruit, also dusty, malty notes; sweet-sourish flavour; mild fruity (strawberries again, traces of citrus), a bit bland finish. Not unpleasant, but a bit too weak in the end..........

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Frothy off-white head. Brown color. Light dry, a bit watery body. Soft carbonation. Smells banana, grape skins, fermented fruits. Also yeasty aromas: dough. Tastes sweet. Fruity finish.

a sim rate:
Highly recommended by the guy at Utobeer when I tried to buy a Konig Ludwig. And a good suggestion too! Smells like a humidor.. or of shops I’m sure my dad took me to as a kid where they sold all different types of pipe tobacco. Sandlewood. Very dark coloured for a weiss beer. Head dissapates quickly and no lacing, but to be expected really. Grass in the flavour. Not as sweet as a general weiss beer. Hint of spice. Very drinkable and quite enjoyable indeed!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Hazy/cloudy brown with slim off-white head. Cloves, banana and chewing gum in the aroma. Spicey, citrusy taste, sweetish with a sour finish. Light mouthfeel. A pretty good and different sort of weissbier.

Bottle. Unclear brown with large head. Banana, slightly spicy and herbal tonic - not the usual weissbier. Thanks Papsoe

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Very dark color for a weizen. Aroma is quite fresh with some banana. Thin body with abit too much carbonation for my taste.
