Very roasty and distinctivly malty aroma, accompanied by lots of cloves and citrus notes. Refreshing taste, malty and quite sour for my taste. Wonderful malty finish.
Not the perfect beer, but a very unique, dark and well-made weissbier.

Aroma: light, banana aroma.
Appearance: small, frothy, off-white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Cloudy, dark-red body.
Taste: slightly lemony initial flavor and lightly sour, banana-like finish with long duration.
Palate: light body, watery texture and fizzy carbonation.
Overall: very good.

Bottle, brought from Berlin. Pours a dark orange coloured beer with a small, white head. Aroma is heavy on the bananas and wheat. Very nice. Flavouri starts quite bland, but ends in a nice, subtle wheaty sweetyness with a rich, banana flavoured finish. Finish doesn’t last long. Decent carbo, nice weizen.

Pours a hazy dark brown colour with a white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of wheat, strong ripe raisins and some palm. Flavour of sweet malts, banana, raisins and rather strong uncommon spiciness (cinnamon, at least). Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a sweetish fruity finish with spices. Rather unique hefeweizen, although the spiciness is a bit too strong.

Bottle @ Home. Slight gusher, Pours hazy dark burnt orange with a rocky offwhite head. Actaully looks more like a dunkel. Aroma of wheat, yeast, caramel, bread, light sourness. Flavor is wheat, yeast, grain, bread, sweet fruity, citrus. Medium body, lively carbonation. Nice one. 270313

Dobre pszeiczne ciemne piwo. Ciemno brazowy kolor ladnie wyglada i do tego jest mocno metny. Sporo drozdzy na dnie butelki. Piana sredniej wielkosci ale trwala i mocna, spore wysycenie. Smak chlebowo-orzechowo maslany, w tle troche aromatow gozdzikowych.

Almost looks like a dunkelweisse based on color, but pours beautifully, with thick fluffy head. Aroma is sweet and bready. Taste is also sweet (and slightly sour), hints of citrus, sourdough, and a little acidic. Vey complex weizen here, must try to really enjoy...

A hazy dark amber with a huge floffy tan head - looks more like a urweize. Aroma is malty, hoppy and mildly yeasty with some banana. Flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of yeast. Nice complex weisse
