jmm635 (64), Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 6, 2008 Bottled. Very interesting rating. High scores for the green apple aromas and flavor. Unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Average appearance - cloudy and yellow with a frothy white head. Palate was a little too carbonated. This was a very tough beer to rate. Very unique and strong aroma and flavor - but I didn’t really like it. Not my favorite style, but most people will respect the efforts. fonefan (4468), Ulfborg, Denmark Sep 6, 2008 Bottle 341ml. @ home. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, moderate to heavy apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. (Sweetness is chemical apple flavor and a bitte annoying). Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (290608) JuStuka (143), , Mexico Sep 2, 2008 Mild golden color, smells like apple and also tastes like apple, good fruit beer!!. blutt59 (683), Dallas, Texas, USA Sep 1, 2008 bottle, cloudy gold pour, no head, nose is strong apple cider, flavor is a lightly spiced green apple jolly rancher and bitter Maverick34 (454), New York, USA Aug 31, 2008 Draught. Pours a mild gold. The apples is palpable. Not that remarkable otherwise, really.
