Mild hoppy spicy aroma.Cloudy golden appearance with fine beads of carbonation climbing up the sides of my Duvel glass.Dry herbal flavor with a slight wintermint lifesaver taste towards the finish.Like Duvel, drink it cold.

light amber color. Long lasting, slightly sweet undertones. A little too carbonated for me. Covers the abv well, with only hints of alcohol in the aroma. A great drinking beer, although did not have the complexity I was hoping for.

Not much I can say that hasn’t already been said. It’s yeasty, spicey, fruity, peppery, and downright tasty. It’s been compared to Duvel, and I’d agree with that assessment to a point although I found the 10 to be more complex and satisfying. A really nice brew, and I can’t wait to try 11!

Man, this and duvel really remind me of each other. They are probably my top beers at the moment.
It really smells so sweet. I have had this beer probably 6 times and each time the looks of this beer are a lil cloudy. When poured into the glass for the first time, I got every drop including the sediment in the bottom. yummy. The alc in this beer is hidden so well in my book. ahhh yum, so sweet full flavor. Warms your belly on the first few sips. I cant wait to try the 12% and the cherry style from these brew guys....

Yeast, hops and citrus aroma. Pear colour. big white head. Bread, orange, yeast and hops flavours. Complex and well balanced, great tongue tingle. Terrific!

Honestly I was looking to try this beer for some time. Christmas came, Ratebeer guys met and here we go! Never mind that explosion of that beer on me ... it is all good. Ask Josh if he had hard time cleaning the room (heh). So this beer had nice steady head. It was cloudy yellowish in presence. Nice aroma of salted peanuts with some dried fruits. Strong in taste nether less fun to drink, exceptional good mouth fell, decent aftertaste. Good, well mad strong ale.

A wonderful, spiced bread aroma. Very hazy golden color, with a long-lasting stark white head. Strong spice flavor, nutmeg and clove. Warm alcohol flavor long after swallowing. A great beer.

Another Unibroue; hard to distinguish from Dom de Dieu. Itis probably a triple, cloudy and a golden color. It pours with a lacy white head that lasts and lasts. the aroma is dominated by alcohol, clove and citrus. The bloom is mostly fruit, perhaps apricots, clove an orange peel. There is a lingering citrus aftertase with little bitterness. The alcohol is really 10%. this is a lovely beer, alittle sweet but not particularly diffferent than most of the other Unibroue offerings.
