Bottle. This was passed around late in the Noog tasting, and notes are sparse. Cloudy yellow, and lots of banana and fruit and belgian yeast in the aroma. More of the same in flavor, with more peppery spiciness.

CLoudy light gold body. The aroma is sweet pears and bananas. The taste is sweet with pears and some cinnamon. Nice slick mouthfeel. For some reason I liked this more than the 10.

Thanks to Argo0. Nice sweet aroma, with citrus overtones. Cloudy golden color with lots of bubbles from the carbonation. The head is white with tightly packed small bubbles. The flavor is very much on the sweet side, lots of yeastiness and almost a mango like flavor. Very smooth going down, with a very slightly bitter aftertaste (hard to maintain the sweetness of this beer) and a nice warming effect. An enjooyable beer.

Bottle courtesy of Pailhead. Pours golden copper with a ring of bubbles. Light apple cider aroma with the usual yeast. Slight alcoholburn in initial flavor. Long sweet aftertaste that I can’t pinpoint.

Found a bottle here locally. Pours hazy yellow with minimal head but alot of noticable carbonation. Clears as it warms. Very appealing and balanced aroma of yeast, some black pepper, banana, some minerals, alcohol. Spritzy but heavy in body with a long sweet finish. Yeasty bubblegum flavor with some tropical fruit. Not a coplex as I hoped but delicate and well made for such a huge beer.

Golden color. Aroma is of yeast and fruit. Lots of alcohol and figs in the flavor. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to rerate this and take better notes. Very enjoyable.

Bottle from Pailhead. Golden amber colored with a light white head. Yeasty sweet aroma. Medium bodied. Slightly fruity in flavor. Well carbonated as are most Unibroue products. Decent.
