The aroma is sweetish, spicy and fruity with notes of the characteristic Unibroue yeast. The flavour has sweetness, spice, candy sugar, yeast and fruit and all the orange citrus fruits. It’s not very complex, but OK. 2412 waolsen (1222), Littleton, Colorado, USA

Pours a hazy gold with a white head having the typical Belgian lace. Aroma is muted but fruity. Tastes of tropical fruits and plums. The sweetness is balanced mainly by alcohol. Has the usual Unibroue spiciness. Finishes a little dry. Bockyhorsey (2511), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 21, 2007 750 ml bottle. Grain, and yeasty bread aroma. Hazy gold body with big white head. Poped the cork and it was gusher, fizzy foam bubbleing out top of bottle. Flavor had a lemon sour to it. Medium sour compared to some other. Filling beer and that sour sat in the stomach like a sugar rock for couple of hours. Arayaga2 (949), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 11, 2007 Bland fizzy orange in appearance. Aroma is zesty fruit and corriander spicy. Taste is strong and belgian with some nice malt, and just a hint of not-so-nice medicinal alcohol. Mouthfeel is assertive in terms of the way the carbonation propels spices all over. A decent product, but I prefer 16. $8/22oz larsniclas (3382), Gothenburg, Sweden

Hazy orange with a small, brief head.
Sourish aroma and flavour with yeast, fruits, pomerance and even more citrus. Vinous and surprisingly dry. thenick (744), North Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 9, 2007 Pours a golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is largely spicy. Taste is spicy with malt and fruit characteristics. Many Unibroue beers are more complex than this, but few are as smooth. Again, this is not my favorite Unibroue, but it’s a great offering.
