Bottle. Thanks to Jonas for sharing this. Pours perfectly and I think that tastewise this beer delivers as well. This was extremely enjoyable and I’d say this was my best Unibroue so far.

Bottle, 75 cl. Cloudy orange golden, medium creamy white head. Fruity malt aroma with oranges and apricot, yeasty and spicy with a marked alcohol presence. Smooth and medium bodied. A bit sweet and cloying, there is some earthy dryness, but not enough.

Smelled like a perfumed tiger cat perspiring on a hot day. resembled the prehistoric amber in which fossilized insects are sometimes found. Imagine the flavor a bee tastes when he staggers out the ravished peony. Floral, honey, ect. Went well with undercooked brat and gooey kraft mac and cheese.

Corked and caged ... pours a hazy orange with a firm steady top of solid foam. Tart aroma, like a citrus grove. Nice. Creamy consistency with a nice spicy edge, fruity flavor component is the primary aspect, but just enough of the corriander or apple bite to make it interesting. Wonderful Belgian-style beer. Let me settle in for the evening with this glass ... what else can you want in a beer? (#2973, 6/10/2007)

Golden pour, white head, fades fairly quickly. Lots of fluffy head left in the 750mL, which I like. Good bubbles, nice aroma. Carbonated, crisp, strong, fruity/spicy, alcohol finish. Fresh beer and a thumbs up for this Unibroue.

Golden coloration, dense, consistent and persistent cream. Intense damson plum aroma and palate. For me, the best beer of the Unibroue so far................................PORTUGUÊS: Coloração dourada, creme denso, consistente e persistente. Aroma e paladar intenso de damasco. Pra mim, a melhor cerveja da Unibroue até agora.

Bottle, 750 ml. Muddy amber coloration, with a great white head. High carbonation. Candy, fruity and floral aroma and palate. Full-bodied. Well balanced, althoug its alcohol could be a little more soft.

Pours a burnt gold, very cloudy with a thick white head. Kind of a spicy aroma, almost like a saison, some orange and cinnamon stand out. Taste has that Unibroue yeast, but has some spiciness to it. Quite sweet, some nice brown sugar and caramel seem to compliment each other nicely. Finish is really smooth, but the alcohol is prevalant and can taste it quite easily. Pretty nice.
