Yellow colour. Low head. Good old Unibroue house character with very spicy yeast. Blond flavour profile with lots of caramel and spices. Pretty low sweetness noticed. Big fruity. Medium-full bodied. No overly complex. It’s the yeast that play first violin here. lgklotet (420), Singapore, Singapore

Fruity malt aroma with oranges and apricot, yeasty and spicy with a marked alcohol presence. Smooth and medium bodied. A bit sweet and cloying, there is some earthy dryness, but not enough. eyesandsmiles (179), Mission Viejo, California, USA

Imagine the flavor a bee tastes when he staggers out the ravished peony. Floral, honey, ect. Went well with undercooked brat and gooey kraft mac and cheese. Braudog (3752), Dayton, Ohio, USA

Tart aroma, like a citrus grove. Nice. Creamy consistency with a nice spicy edge, fruity flavor component is the primary aspect, but just enough of the corriander or apple bite to make it interesting. Wonderful Belgian-style beer. Let me settle in for the evening with this glass ... what else can you want in a beer? (#2973, 6/10/2007) leeburg (148), Juneau, Alaska, USA

Lots of fluffy head left in the 750mL, which I like. Good bubbles, nice aroma. Carbonated, crisp, strong, fruity/spicy, alcohol finish. Fresh beer and a thumbs up for this Unibroue.
