750 ml. Aroma is spice. Nice hoppy, warm flavor, with some hops and malt flavors to boot. Alcohol is only marginally noticable for it being a 10% beer.

Hazy golden, moderate head, blah retention, good lacing. Aroma is spiced with coriander and has notes of pepper, yeast, fruit and light caramel. Flavor brings this with a medium and alcholic body. After it sat for about an hour it got much better, but the flavor score went from a 5 to a 7 so I gave it a 6.

Bottled, 75cl champagne-corked. It looks quite nice, both the bottle and the poured beer. It pours clear, golden, quite sparkling, and with a nice, off-white head. It has a very fruity nose, with hops, alcohol and some aluminium. Spicy and hoppy flavor with alcohol and fruityness. A bit dusty mouthfeel, medium to full and a bit sweetish. Spiced, hoppy finish with some warming alcohol. A nice beer that unfortunately has some metal-notes. (070213)

Sampled in a nice black bottle. Pour was smooth with a light brown/tan color. Had a very carbonated appearance. Pours with a light head that quickly disapates. Flavor is very nice, and a little acid. Worth a try

Aroma has less cinnamon than the 2005, and considerably more banana, but cinnamon phenlos and banana / citrus esters definitely present; appearance is slightly lighter and less brown that ’05, but still hazy and golden; flavor is spicier and more cinnamon-like, creamy and smooth aside from spiciness.

750 ml bottle. Golden colour. Mostly clear, but with a slight haze. Same crisp dry hop character as you find in most tripels. Lightly sourish sensation in the back. This could be hops that providing the acidity. Quite bitter, at least in the beginning. Finishes more malty, but the aftertaste is dry and warming. Alcohol is quite noticeable.

Unibroue has a signature taste and this beer is just that. A banana yeasty aroma and the taste is fruity, apricot and banana dominated. Simple flavor but it works here.

Cloudy fully golden colour with a white head. Light malty sweet aroma with a floral and yeasty note. Sweet malty flavor with a hoppy floral note and a dry spicy finish.
