Nov 25, 2006 Pours a hazy orange gold color with fizzy white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity: banana, caramel, pears, spice, and slight pineaple. Flavor is slightly tart and bitter, very bubbly, and a bit dry. Overall, an enjoyable find.

Nov 24, 2006 This golden ale poured with a fluffy white head, eliciting a pleasant malty aroma. The flavor is sweet malt and fruit with, a slightly bitter hoppy finish and a long alcohol trail.

Nov 23, 2006 Happy Thanksgiving! A fine beer to enjoy the feast with. Hazy golden orange beer with a white head and some lacing. Aroma of banana, light malts, and alcohol. Flavor is of light tropical fruits, spicy and peppery. A little dry compared to other Unibroues. Shares some characteristics with the La Fin Du Monde. The Unibroue yeast is apparent, and some hops peek through. Slightly astringent and crisp from carbonation. Paired extremely well with the roast turkey. Very enjoyable though a bit expensive at $7.99 for a 750ml at Toatal Wine.
