750 ML bottle: Hazy deep gold w/a lasting off white head. Sweet clover honey aroma & lighty peppery yeast and plum esters. Lightly bready malt and hints of white grape juice as welll as floral notes. Very well balanced flavor, but lightly sweet up front. Peppery yeast flavor and honey. Dry finish. Aftertast is honey like and has a lingering plum fruit flavor, but it is very light. Highly carbonated, well hidden alcohol, lighter medium body. Not bad, but the flavors are a bit light compared to it’s nose. A nice summer time beach quaffer if it wansn’t for the 10% ABV.

Glowing yellow gold hazy body, big head. Aroma is fruity and bubblegum, some spices too. Taste is "unibroue" - that certain flavor that most of there brew has - from the yeast, I guess. Juicyfruit gum, bubblegum, spices, lemon, light fruit flavors (honeydew), finished light, spiced, and lightly sweet. Although I’m a big Unibroue fan, this one didn’t really do much for me. Of course, I’m sure to buy at least a couple more bottles to re-rate and age.

This Belgian Ale pours a deep brown color from a cork finished 750ml bottle. Large sized white foamy head. Aroma is biscuits, yeast, with some citrus and pepper. A medium bodied Belgian strong ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Brown sugar, banana and bubble gum mix and match with coriander, pepper and clove. There is also a very noticeable alcohol bite to this beer as well. Smooth tasting, despite all that alcohol. It tastes like most if not all of Unibroue other Belgian Ales. Definitely has that house character that makes them all seem pretty much alike. Not that that is a bad thing… Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with a alcohol bite.

Slightly hazy golden bronze color with a nice, frothy white head. Sweet, biscuity, light fruity Belgian yeasty aroma has good complexity. Body starts with sweet Belgian malty complexity, balanced with a nice, dry lightly-spiced bready yeasty finish. Nicely done, an authentic brew.

Nice body with an eye of Ra forming in the head, kinda creepy for #200. Nose is lovely of belgian yeasts and orange peel, some pepper. Flavours are ogrange and peppery, with some apple. Slightly alcoholic on the tounge.

Bottle. Golden body, big creamy white head. Light spicy aroma, like baking spices, fruit, tangerines maybe? Light fruit flavour doused in moderate alcohol, mild malt and very slight citrus impression. Touch muted overall but nice. Lingering mild spice character. Average palate is smooth and lightly effervescent. It is not mind blowing but why would Unibroue only send this the US? Sigh. 7+/4/7/3/15

Hazy, yellow colored, with a white head, yeasty, and sweet aroma, flavor starts out very sweet, then potent spicy, peppery notes, and yeast in the finish. Spice was a little overpowering but I was able to finish the bottle.
