| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Mar 19, 2006 Pours an active hazy peach body and a huge lasting cream white head, carbonation is visible to a remarkable degree nice looker in my tulip glass. The aroma is full of lemon, dough, pound cake, yeast, it is very tempting. A lot going on in the flavor. It hits my tongue with an abrasive carbonation that takes a second sip to acclimate to. Dry yeasty notes with a citrus character that is mostly lemon but also with pear and flan, that’s right lumpy, I said flan and I fucking mean it too. This is a nice beer to relax to while trying to calm down from an evening of people hating. A little Marvin Gaye helps too. This is very dry, so much that I think it must be part cider, damn I need to get another cider like that French one bu11zeye shared that time. Considering the last beer I had was a bud select before I left work my night is really looking up. Finish is so hard to nail down because I feel like I have just licked 50 envelopes. I need a beer to drink with this beer. I plan to pick up a few more and watch this develop over the next couple of years (good luck with my willpower or lack thereof) this beer can definitely add some charm with some mellowing and marrying of flavors. It is still green but also still good.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 24, 2006 This golden ale poured with a fluffy white head, eliciting a pleasant malty aroma. The flavor is sweet malt and fruit with, a slightly bitter hoppy finish and a long alcohol trail. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 20, 2006 Pours a murky, deep-golden with a well-sustained, creamy, white head & an excess of carbonation that I’ve come to expect from Unibroue. Aromas are dry and delicate with a familiar doughy, banana-yeast profile, faint-but-sharp cheese and a big "berry" hit. Overwhelming effervescence makes for a fluffy mouthfeel, and the flavors that come out of it are surprisingly sweet and fruity. Additional caramel-candy with banana, finishing salty and mouthwatering.

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 21, 2006 750ml bottle. hazy golden with amber hues. foamy nee fizzy white head that somehow manages to sustain itself and not collapse in an uncontrolled descent to nothing. Fruity yeasty nose that is it seems the hallmark of this brewer. The flavor is sweet and a bit sugary but more complexity develops on further sips and as it warms. A pleasing fruitiness and hints of cobwebs remain after the swallow. Well attenuated with a lively mouthfeel from the copious amounts of carbonation. Quite pleasing reminds me how much I really do like these Anniversary beers from these guys. iowaherkeye (1892), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 15, 2006 750mL bottle, (I think)bottled January 6, 2006. Pours a cloudy honey golden with a 2 1/2 finger creamy slightly yellow head. Aroma of some bananas, candy sugar, yeast, spicy hops and some dust. Taste is a lot more yeast and spice, some tangier fruits--apples and something citrus--come to mind. Dry slightly bitter finish. Alcohol is very well hidden. Highly carbonated and full bodied, though the carbonation doesn’t seem as sharp as some of their other brews. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
