Bottle @ Decemberfest.
Hazy, foggy golden ale, medium creamy top.
Sweet, rich clean nose, dried fruits with hints of spice. (7+)
Yeasty, sparkle of vanilla, followed by fresh wheat bread. Clean yet potent alcohol included. Quiet drinkable, yeasty at finish. Texture was slightly chewy on softer side. Good craft.

Tap NY 07. Pours a slight hazy light copper/ orange with a nice fluffy lasting white head. Aroma is slight lemon and citrus, herbal , light grassy with the phenolic unibroue yeast strain- spicy and light pepper with nice bready malts. Flavor is spicy, phenolic, doughy yeasty, slight burnt toast, herbal grassy- sweet big bready malts. finish is a bit prickly due to the high alcohol and the very high carbonation, but overall its pretty good.

Another strong belgian ale from Unibroue, how unusual. Really just another brew that is quite enjoyable and I have nothing against that. Lots of fruit including strawberries and spice aromas. A strong triple scent. A faint bronze color with a billowing white head. Having this aside some Victory and DFH brews this was still above them. A touch strong and perhaps a bit overpowering, but still very enjoyable.
