| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 25, 2006 Bottle: Fruity aroma with cherry, light apple, and hints of banana. Unibroue yeastiness is there but not as powerful of a presence as in many of their beers. Also hints of cream, honey, flowers, and light spice. Pours a bright transparent amber, maybe even leaning towards orange with a small white head that lasts a minute or so. Like the aroma lots of fruit (apple, cherry, banana - in that order). Hints of honey. Unibroue yeast is there but not as strong as many of their offerings. Moderate peppery spiciness in the finish with some acidity and light orange peel. No alcohol what so ever. Light fizzy mouthfeel. Flavor is solid, but I would say that it’s a little lighter than most other Unibroue beers. Pretty good, but they’ve done better. Odeed (1682), Bakersfield, California, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 23, 2006 Decent belgian strong ale, not as good as expected by Unibroue standards and by the price. Glad I tried it but won’t be searching for it in the future. hopdog (5631), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Tastes of fruits, bubblegum, yeast, light spices, and cherries. The alcohol definitely makes itself known and needs some time to mellow out. ChillCoat (1029), Concord, California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 14, 2006 Bottled. Pours a light copper color with a frothy white head. Aroma is fruity with spice, pear and banana notes. Fruity flavor with notes of pear, apple, banana and bread. Finishes a bit sweet with almost no hint of alcohol. (other than that I just tried to spell "hint" with an 8 in it!) A fantastic beer. biz82 (1328), austin, Texas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 2, 2006 Pours a nearly clear effervescent gold with a huge fluffy loose off white head. Clean, Unibroue yeast aroma, slightly sharp and minerally with malt and apple/pear esters and a bit of banana. A bit peppery in flavor, supported by sweet malt. Maybe spiced? Has some hop bitterness and yeast in the finish. Certainly another quality Unibroue product but perhaps not as inspired as previous years. anders37 (4796), Malmö, Sweden
