Lemony aroma. Meringue head that dissipates quickly. Cloudy, peach appearance. Malty, somewhat carbonated mouthfeel with sweet intro transitioning to warming, citrusy finish. Overall, very similar to a wheat beer but with a little more zing.

Golden yellow pour with a creamy white head and lace. Aroma of clove and apples dominate. A funky kinda clove with a kicker of straw on the flavor. Carbonation is on for the style with solid mouth fell. A good beer.

Bottle from a friend that got it at a tasting in Chicago. Pours a dark yellow haze with plenty of sediment. aroma is sweet tangy and yeasty. flavor is sweet and spicy like a cider or something. Very nice beer to sip on, decent and rare. this is a great beer for me to rate on such a great holiday, Christmas!

750 ml (dated aug 09) bottle split in Chimay glass. Hazy orange with lasting flat ring and some lace. Honey vanilla overripe orange spice bread aroma. Spicy honey orange sweet fruitiness. Mild tobacco bitterness. Lingering sweet fruitiness. Complex and spicy. Medium-full body and medium carbo. Nicely complex and flavorful. Was probably better when it was fresher.

Soft dry fruitiness up front, subtle hints of wild honey, dried pineapple, and sweet pear. Highly carbonated like most Unibroue beers, lively and fizzy on the palate helping to emphasize the spiciness. Pours deep gold, perfect clarity, tall lively fizzy white head.
