Two finger creamy offwhite head. The nose is very Belgian, fruity, some pepper, light alcohol, estery, definite house yeast characteristic, light acidity. The flavor is lightly acetic, cherries, barnyard, fruity, a little warm, Belgian characteristics. The mouthfeel is lively and warm with light acetic notes. Finishes warm and fruity. Flavor is strong of spices, lemon, and yeast right away. Plenty of carbonation. Présence d’un large col beige mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel fruitée avec une pointe de chocolat et d’alcool. Longue durée de l’arrière goût.
