Flavour is malty and vinious with raisins, some toffee and hops in the end and it has a great mouthfeel - a very very nice beer. Fruity as hell smell that overwhelms the nostrils. Pretty thick palate. All encompassing flavor, hits every tastebud. Leaves some aftertaste. Wicked amount of roasted malts, but they don’t taste like a stout or a porter, rather something else. Dark fruit is most predominant. Caramel! Whoo. A unique as hell beer from a fine brewer. biznizness (930), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA Jun 28, 2008 Awesome beer, not that I would expect anything less from Unibroue.
