Corked bottle
Hazy amber color; nice perlage; huge head. Soapy aroma; then, malt, bitter orange peel, coriander; sweet. Good body structure, sweet, malt and caramel flavor, spices; correct bitterness. At he end there is some candi sugar, a bit astringent too. Very good.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper with a large long lasting off-white head that lasts leaving good lacing. Aroma of pears, citrus, and yeast. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and tingly carbonation. Very well hidden alcohol. Very good.

Large head on a murky orange pour. This is a Duvel-like Belgian, a golden ale. These are not my favorite and although I recognize that this is a complex beer, it just really is not to my liking. I liked the 15 much better.

Bottle. Thick 2" head (bad pour). Maroon brown coloring. Sweet, fruity, acidic. 2-part flavoring: dry, victory golden monkey like yeasty delivery but sweeter and more citrusy.

This is a good beer a little $$, but it has a great flavor to it. I would recommend this beer to anyone who wants to expand there taste away from domestic ales like Sam Adams

Very much like the 15 - creamy sweet apple malt, I detect a little more funk in this one - was hoping for more

Reddish brown a deep amber with a fluffy offwhite creamy head. big sweet malt. Not incredibly rich, but round. Fruity apple malt. A bit of light spicing, cinnamon. A bit thin, but low carbonation and not quite watery. Sweet and round malt. Fruity apple tartness. A bit creamy balanced by astringency. A bit tart, slightly acidic blending with the slight alcohol. A relatively dry spicey cinnamon finish. Not bad, I’m sticking a bottle or two in the cellar, why not?

bouteille brune de 750ml avec bouchon de liège
cette bière refermentée en bouteille se présente sous une belle robe orangée légèrement trouble, la mousse est compacte et très belle à l’œil, elle est aussi très effervesente, le nez est très épicé, on perçoit des notes d’agrumes (présence d’écorce d’orange amer ?). en bouche tout est en épice, elle est piquante, longue, léger gout de sherry vieillie. très bonne.
