Two finger creamy offwhite head. The nose is very Belgian, fruity, some pepper, light alcohol, estery, definite house yeast characteristic, light acidity. The flavor is lightly acetic, cherries, barnyard, fruity, a little warm, Belgian characteristics. The mouthfeel is lively and warm with light acetic notes. Finishes warm and fruity.
