3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Yeah - good wit! Substainial nose of yeast , oranges and cloves. Hazy pale gold-green color and a low fizzy head (very carbonated). Light wit maltiness with some vanilla tones. Napkiny aftertaste. Thinish body and a quick profile, but in line with the style. Good balance.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Full autumns apple nose. Orange body like organic apple juice. Liveley carbonation with a little layer of a head. Thin texture. Apples and honey in the taste.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
3/14/2003 - i've been waiting so long, waiting for the sun to rise and shine....Have had an awful case of cabin fever - so cold and dark; ice and snow yesterday, chilling winds today. Well I say spring is here (if only in my mind). I pour this glass of liquid sunshine - hazy golden yellow, perfectly topped with a fluffy head full of clove and grapefruit. Sipping soft whispers of peaches and apricots; tangy lemon and citrus at the finish - dry and somewhat sticky. This is a mellow chamomille euphoria, I close my eyes and drink up the sun.....spring is here.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This beer poured a cloudy straw color and formed a bubbly white head that subsided leaving trace lace. A small amout of carbonation was present. It had a light aroma of hops, lemon and spice. The flavor was light and crisp with elements of citrus and grain. All in all, not a bad beer for this style, but not to the level that you would expect from this brewery.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice but not extraordinary, in my opinion, though a worthy buy among belgian whites. Just needs a bit more flavor.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Aroma of wheat and citrus fruit. Nice white creamy head with good lacing. Body is hazy pale yellow. Taste is very wheaty with a strong citrus presence. Finish is rather acidic and sour. I prefer the Hoe!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Slight clove and banana in the nose, yeasty, dry finish. Not my favorite style or Unibroue product for that matter.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
a bit disappointing. It's a good beer but hardly worthy of Unibroue. It doesn't have the coriander and orange peel distinctiveness I like in a witbier. It's drinkable but doesn't set itself apart.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Signiture Unibroue spicy and yeasty aroma. Pours a pale yellow, cloudy, half-decent head. Surprising bland. More similar to a white wine than a beer. Carbonated palate and a dry finish. After trying the modern masterpieces such as Maudite from Unibroue, I have to say this is quite disappointing.

A nice Wit beer. The lemon, floral aroma enhances the flavor of this pale hazy beer.
