Feb 16, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours hazy gold with a small llasting white head. Smeels like pear and grape. Tastes like apricot and pear, some white grape. A little yeasty and dry, but smooth and sweet. Nice brew.

Feb 13, 2009 Amazing beer. Wheat beer that beats almost all other wheats. Excellent cloudy tangerine color with a almost roasted citrus flavor. Great beer and would recommend it to any wheat beer lover.

Feb 10, 2009 Head dissipates quickly. Hazy yellow color. Light body, over-carbonated for sure. Lemon and spice flavor. Would do a La Fin du Monde over this anyday. Blah.

Feb 1, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity with some pears, cooked vegetables, and quite phenolic. Flavor is fruity and fresh, biscuity and lightly sweet. Light bodied with a little too much carbonation.
