Pours a deep golden, lots of carbonation along the glass, quick bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma has a strong clove, chamomile, wheat, light grainy note with a light sweetness. Flavor has a slightly sour wheat that quickly fades to a chamomile note, clove to follow with a sweet grainy and spicy ending. Light body, effervescent texture with almost no lacing on the glass. Great for the style but an okay brew when compared to the rest of their lineup.

Pours a clear/bit hazy golden from the 12oz. bottle: Floral aroma, like that of chamomille tea. Flavors of strong yeast and ripe green apple hit the palatte right away, followed by some faint pale malts and lemon pulp. A bit too watered down to be considered "tart" (in a good way). Drinkability: Simply delicious. Rebuy: Again and again. #158 on 25102009, DG.

Bottle from The Party Source. Pours a mostly clear gold color with just a little cloudiness and some lovely vertical ribbons and a big frothy white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, lighter malts, banana and lemon citrus. Flavor is not as strong, more of a slightly watered down version of the aroma. Smoother than a lot of other Unibroue beers, and has that unmistakable Unibroue character in the aroma and flavor. Light-medium bodied, smooth, moderate carbonation.

12 oz bottle poured a golden in color with a nice rush of carbonation and a foaming white head that stuck through the whole glass. aroma has wheat, yeast, and pale malt. mouth feel is light but the yeast gives some texture. flavor has wheat, pale malt, nice yeast character, and some sweetness. the carbonation is nice on this one.

Pours golden, cloudy,hazy thin white head, great smell of citrus. enjoyable to drink.

A soft white head races to the top of the slightly murky yellow pour and quickly begins diminishing. Bits of wheat and yeast dominate the scent and taste, along with subtle fruit notes--though nothing sweet. Its a pleasant beer, but not outstanding.

pours a murky gold with a tiny ring of a head. smells citrusy and tastes citrusy also a bit tangy and makes you smack your lips. it wets the whistle but thats about it. pretty decent.
