3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
0.341 l bottle from ’Saveur Bière’. Hazy golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-fruity, yeasty-spicy aroma with lots of peach, clove and honeydew. Sweetish-fruity, yeasty-spicy taste with lots of peach, honeydew and some clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit spicy and lightly chalky finish. Thin to medium body, slightly fizzy mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice stuff, I like the fruitiness a lot.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Arômes d’épices et levure typique du style. Robe claire et dorée. Mousse abondante et effervescente. En bouche, notes de pains, peu d’amertume. En somme, une bière légère et désaltérante.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy yellow color with white head that goes away completely after a while. Aroma has cloves, coriander and some vanilla like sweetness. Taste starts quite astringent and spicy, also slightly lemony. You also get the wheat and a bit of bitterness on the finish. Body is on the light side, dry, astringent and well carbonated. Quite nice overall but not one of the best of its style.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12oz bottle. Filtered looking tan body. Thin white head. A pretty classic, respectable Wit. Has some yeasty character, but also remains highly drinkable and balanced. Could stand up to most Belgian examples. Really good for the style.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A fairly average wit from the frozen North. One thing it does demonstrate, though, is that wheat brews do not have to taste like bananas, thank goodness. Poured from the bottle into a goblet, served up a bit too cold to appreciate fully. Aroma of yeasty bread, murky yellow color, decent looking. I bought a sampler pack of Unibrows with 6 different ales for less than $10, a good deal. Oddly, they all taste rather similarly yeasty with little hop presence and mild spiciness, and so far none has knocked me out. This one is fairly bland and inoffensive with some citrus flavor and a pronounced yeastiness. Decent brew.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A murky, golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has lemon, coriander, wheat and spicyness, typical and succesfully. Taste has wheat, coriander and some lemon, balanced spicyness. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Typical witbier, but nicely brewed, tasteful.
