wilderthanyou (407), Guelph, Ontario, Canada Sep 6, 2008 Large Bomber purchased at the LCBO. Pours a cloudy yellow with a fizzy short lived head. The aroma is wheat and citrus, some orange and lemon. The flavours are prominently citrus, mainly lemon, coriander is extremely subtle. Too much carbonation subtracts from the flavour. Expected more from this brewery, but not bad, very drinkable and refreshing. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Sep 6, 2008 Bottle 341ml. @ home. Unclear yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, citrus, fruity notes - pear, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery - smooth, carbonation is soft to lively. (290608) JuStuka (187), Edo De Mex, Mexico Sep 2, 2008 Yellow orange color, aroma of mandarin, orange, lemon and other citircs, flavor are lemon and some spice DrDavid (957), Johnson, Vermont, USA Sep 1, 2008 (Bottle). Very floral fruity aroma. Hazy yellow orange with no head. Mild lemon and yeast taste, with some spicy tang. Lots of carbonation. Refreshing, and pretty good, although not my favorite style. PaulHegedus (458), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada Aug 29, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy, unfiltered orange at the thick part of the glass, leads to cloudy golden yellow at the narrow part of the glass. The white head pours thick with orange zest, clove, lemon, mandarin orange aroma, then disappears quickly. I taste strong orange and lemon; this bottle has some wateriness. Thin. Fresh draughts of this are great in summer when available. pintocb (505), Darsville, Georgia, USA Aug 29, 2008 Perfect Wit color. Big, fluffy head. Very spicy. Coriander, clove, banana, sink, albatross, stapler, and your cousin Alison in the nose. The Taste is full flavored and produces all the nose promised, except for Alison, the skanky bitch. Light mouthfeel with tons of bubbles, much like Alison’s brain. Oh, tell Alison I said hello. taalhiker (179), Dayton, Ohio, USA Aug 26, 2008 750ml bottle - part of a Unibroue tasting at a local store. Light yellow in color with a lacy white head. Not a great deal of aroma. Citrusy wheat flavor with banana notes. Spicy finish. carruthm (1110), Seattle, Washington, USA Aug 23, 2008 6’er acquired in Whistler, BC. Standard north american take on a belgian wit with a bit more bite to it.
