Unibroue Blanche de Chambly

Great brew with some light carbonation which gives it a nice mouthfeel. A little stale sour flavor in the finish, otherwise solid. Witbiers don’t usually do it for me, but this I’ll make an exception for.

Pours pale golden with tight whote bubbled head. The nose and flavor are lemon and some spice. Very light and dry in the finish.

Bottle. It pours a light yellow in color with a rapidly fading, pure white head. It leaves tons of lace in the glass. The aroma is sharp and fruity. There is a strong note of banana and wheat in the flavor. It has a medium body, and an acidic, spicey finish.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy yellow beer with a tall white head. Notes of exotic fruits and viatmin tablets in the nose. Lots of wheat in the taste. Nicely peppery with hints of vitamin tablets. Mediocre lacing. Meidum bodied. Lightly acidic. Slightly watery. Peppery finish.

A medium, pale head that settles quickly and leaves some very light lacing. Amber gold color with some noticeable sediment. Sweet, fruity aroma with some faint, spicy scents. A thin mouthfeel. It had a strong spicenote with some white grape hints and a crisp, clean finish. Definitely a beer I’d want to cellar for a little while.

Pours yellow-gold with white head. Sweet pears and spicy smells. Refreshing Wit but not enough complexity in mouth.

Bottle thanks to Matt7215.....pours a cloudy goldenrod with a thin off-white head--initially fluffy, then falls....smells of sweet yeast and mild banana....very light aroma and body--not watery though, just light and slightly creamy....flavors are yeasty and very light banana...flavor is defiantly lacking, but its light and refreshing++a touch of sweet in the finish

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Sweet aroma, with lemon, spices, and wheat. Medium body. Flavor has lemon, spice, nutmeg, and yeast. Pretty good.
