In bottle at Jerry’s. Cloudy straw with big, creamy white head / Light wit nose / Medium body with creamy malts, a light, fine spritz, and very good finish / Flavors of banana, orange, bubblegum, cloves, and coriander / Very nice, fuller style wit.

Hazy yellow with an aroma of apple, pear, caramel(!) and candy sweets. Sweet and dry flavour of citrus and coriander. Hard carbonation (as in many a Unibroue brew) that annoys me a bit.

bottle. pours a strange combination of pale yellow/lt. brown with a one finger white head. smells like citrus, pepper, and coriander. dry lemon pepper flavor with a bit of yeast flavor that sits on your tongue and refuses to leave. very refreshing and a good example of a Belgian Wit.

750ml brown bottle - Pours a lovely yellow gold colour with a proud snow white head. Yeasty lemon wheat aroma. Very enjoyable wheat flavour with a decent amount of carbonation, has an almost lemon and pepper finish, very much a summer drink, even though I can see snow out my window, I could imagine a sunny day sitting on the balcony, supping this and watching the world go by.

opaque apricot coloration, nice head. citrusy aroma w/ yeast. great peak in flavor --> parabolic assault on tastebuds- starts soft, moves on to intense hit at top, then to a smooth finish. dry and but delicious palate.
