Feb 10, 2008 Poured from bottle. Very pale and heavily clouded gold color. Aroma of bananas and citrus. No head. Looked fairly carbonated. A TON of sediment in my bottle. Taste was very light citrus. I like witbiers, but this one was a bit on the "Light" side for me.

Feb 5, 2008 Pours a bit too clear for me (for a witbier). But hey, looks aren’t everything. Right? Decent head. Nose is like old grass. Like it has a level of smoky quality to it. It might be like old, dead lemongrass. Not that I really know what that smells like. Flavor is good. Just a smooth witbier ride. Vibrant profile. Citric character abounds. Feel is smooth and thick. Another very drinkable Unibroue brew. Damn Tasty.

Feb 3, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Unibroue Sampler Pack (John’s Grocery in Iowa City, IA). Poured a near transparent strawy yellow with a small quickly dissipating head. Definately a fizzy beer. Extremely light aromas that are vaguely sweet and subdued, but coolly pleasant. Taste is slight, a small witbier feel as I notice some light banana notes and light yeasty characteristics. Finishes smooth and earthy with a pleasant carbonation. Decent.

Feb 2, 2008 Bottle @ Utobeer. Pours hazy yellow colour with foamy white head. Aroma is strong banana, citrus, yeasty. Taste is fruity, yeasty, some hops in there too. Little carbonation leads to dry finish.

Jan 30, 2008 is a spritzy summer beer 4 sure, this beer doesn’t seem to fit the 5 degree weather right now but is quite delicious and surprisinly uplifting! i feel like going and blowing up my beach ball.. Pours a light hazy golden yella! .. some nice lacing .. lite summer floral hints with honey, a very pleasing smell for a witbier .. a surprise not for the brand or style, but for the amount of floties i had in the bottom of the bottle.. witbiers are winning me back, this helps!

Jan 26, 2008 Pours hazy straw color with white head. Aroma of banana, yeast and citrus. Strong yeast flavor with minor notes of the aroma.

Jan 22, 2008 Pours a murky yellow straw color with a nice white head. Nice, fairly typical witbier aroma of banana, citrus, and cloves. Flavor is much the same with a strong yeast character that probably comes from my careless pouring that dumped a lot of yeast into the glass. Nice carbonation lends to a nice mouthfeel. Overall, not a bad witbier.

Bought this before but was so good i drank all of them before i could rate! Here we go for round 2.
Pours a very effervescent murky straw colour. Aromas consisting of banana, citrus, coriander and a bit of clove. Taste reflects the aroma very well and is well carbonated without tbeing overly so. Very nice white. A bit thin in the mouth but still exceptional.
