Beautiful eruption of foam when this one is poured. Strong white head over a sparkling pale yellow with lots of bubbles and haze. Smells of light fruits, wheat, yeast and caramel. The flavour is spicy and bready with lemon peel and banana notes in the finish. Light and medium thin body with slightly above average carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking. My favourite Unibroue yet. JoeZasada (134), Beaumont, Alberta, Canada

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 12, 2007 This beer pours a light yellow with a large white head leaving a little lacing down the sides. The aromas are banana and belgian yeast. The flavors are pretty much in sync but are kinda bland. not a lot of carbonation which I like but I think this could’ve used more. This beer fell flat for me. won’t get this again. Cheers! tgncc (809), Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Dec 8, 2007 The aroma is standard to Belgian White beers, a noticable citrusy aroma, with some spiciness thrown in. The beer is an amber/yellow/slightly red color. Carbonation is high, normal for this type of beer. The appearance is hazy, lots of bubbles. The taste is of wheat, and a little spicyness. The taste was ok, but not remarkable. A little sweetness on the palate. Thi/medium mouthfeel. Definitely more of a summer beer. Not bad at all. Of course, my expectations are always high with Unibroue beers, since they are one of the best out there. SHIG (2021), Aviano, Italy

Taste is a wheat with very little citrus bite, very balanced. RSRIZZO (1362), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 1, 2007 Had this beer on 6/23/2000. Aroma is a light sweet malt scent with citrusy back tones. Color is a pale hazy gold with very light carbonation and head. Taste is sweet and sour with a tang. Starting with light body it goes down crisper than you would think from the carbonation. Finish is a lightly sweet flavor followed by a strong sourness. junon (215), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA

Aroma is very sweet almost Lambic sweet. Foamy white head that fizzles fairly fast. Appearance is cloudy much more so than say, Hoegaarden. Looks more like a German Hefe instead of a White. This has a ton of sediment which I like to see in my wheats. Tastes a bit more spicy and citrus than other Witbiers. Gethinbeer (1001), Nova Scotia, Canada
