On tap. Pours a hazy straw gold with a white head. It has a crisp aroma of biscuit, coriander and other spices with a similar flavor that is followed by a great dry finish over a light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma: Orange peel the dominant feature; a little coriander, definite gum. Appearance: Cloudy, rich yellow color with a foamy white head that fades into a lasting cap. Flavor: Orange peel still the featured note with a good amount of gum and a touch of lemon; a coriander puff finishes things out. Palate: Great mouthfeel- medium body, creamy and effervescent with a lingering finish. Overall: An interesting one to consider; really not among the best Witbiers aroma/flavor wise, but hits the nail on the head in terms of appearance and palate. Punches a little above it’s weight because of those factors.

Mmmm!! Delicious. Tastes kinda like a hybrid between a pear cider and a Belgian sour beer.nice light color emanating from the glass. Good color differential throughout. Slight bubble gym flavor.

Pours a yellow orange with a thick white head that leaves a thin white head with lacing. Nose is yeast with a hint of spice. Taste is mild spice with a hint of citrus. Body is medium. 12 oz bottle in a variety 6 pack.

Sampler at Matt the Miller’s Tavern. Golden with very little head. Aromas of Belgian yeast--bananas and clove. Sweet malt, pepper, cloves, and herbal hops. The hops are a bit overdone. Fairly clean finish. Not terrible, but not great.

12 oz. bottle from Total Wine, Newport News, VA. Yellowish orange pour with a pillowy white head. Aroma of coriander, white pepper, and citrus peel. Taste offers light Belgian yeast, orange, lemon zest, and faint spices. Finish is clean. A nicely done witbier.

Pours a translucent golden hue. Sweet, fruity, citrus aroma. Good head, which dissipates quickly, nice lacing. Wonderful beer for someone looking to acquire a taste for Belgian beer. If Unibroue offers an easy drinking summer brew, then this most certainly would be their zenith! This is indeed a wonderful value in western Quebec, as most "dépanneurs" and grocery stores offer this at the same price point as the mainstream macros.

The only thing that could make this beer more Belgian would be a tricolored flying over the brewer’s homeland rather than a maple leaf. With its pale color and fluffy head, Blanche de Chambly is a perfect embodiment of the Belgian White. Banana, bread, and spice in the aroma. Flavor has citrus, banana, and (mildly) peppery yeast. Smooth and refreshing, Blanche de Chambly isn’t made for sipping. Don’t expect to nurse it.

Bottle. A- Citrus, spice, wheat, soft. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Wheat, spices, subtle citrus. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, light finish. O- This was very similar to a Hoegaarden in my book. Although a little heavier on the spice yet overall lighter on the palate. A decent beer but not super exciting.

Bottle. Pours hazy plae golden with large frothy head. Aroma yeast, spices citrus. Taste is les citrusy than expected, but the yeast works miracles; sweet yet refreshing. Very smooth.
