THIS BEER WENT DOWN EASY LEAVING ME WANTING ANOTHER.TOO BAD. IT CAME IN A SAMPLER PACK WITH OTHER GREAT BREWS.

Oct 27, 2007 750 ml. Pouts an opaque straw color with a fab head. Aroma of lemon and spices and coriander. The body is medium, but with spritzy carbonation. What stands out about the taste to me is that it’s slightly tart. A good witbier, but this style can only be so good.

Oct 24, 2007 slightly dry and bitter but mostly a wonderful sweet belgian style witbier. i’ve enjoyed this on several occasions and i think it just may be my favorite witbier i’ve had.

Oct 21, 2007 Sampled at the Newtown Brewfest 07 with Stegosaurus. These guys stole the show bringing the biggest variey of beer and they were awesome guys.Cloudy pour mild spicey aroma not as good as the othe Unibroue beers that were brought to the show but it was ok.
