| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 27, 2009 12 0z. bottle. Shared with Gabe. Pours a thick white head of good duration, over a yellow (SRM 8) clear body.....nose is pineapple, apple, bit of coriander, bit of bread and yeast, a little bit of funk....taste initially minimally sweet with bread and malt following, then pineapple and bit of coriander, allspice, clove, finishing dry....mouth feel is light, carbonation medium to high. A pleasant Witbier, a style that is a bit light to my palate, but this is a good representative. GardenGabe (125), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jul 27, 2009 Shared a 12oz with Jay. Poured a straw color with a slight haze. Loose white head. Smells of peach, pear, and lemon. Some spice as well. Initial sweetness gives way to a tannic bitterness. Feel is too watery too much like club soda. Soonah (910), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA

The aroma was yeast, wheat and light spice. The flavor was yeast, spice and thin citrus. Thin mouthfeel. Unremarkable. vtafro (469), , New Jersey, USA

Will try this in the summer next time, where as when i had this last winter it wasn’t as appropriate compared to the other darker unibroue beers. matthasson (60), Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 21, 2009 Yeasty bread flavors dominate with hints of banana, green apple, wheat, lemon, and a somewhat peppery finish. It’s smooth, light, and full of spicy fruit flavors that make it a great summer brew to throw down.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 20, 2009 Bottle at Pizza of Waterton. Pours electric lemon yellow with a big frothy snowy head. Notes of lemon candy, soft yeast, ginger, spice. Tastes like sunshine and lemons, very pretty, hoppier than I had remembered. Very nice. blindeyedbetty (151), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 20, 2009 12 oz. bottle poured an unfiltered, hazy pale yellow with a fluffy, tight head that left sparse lacing as it melted. Aroma is light with a slight spicy citrus and wheat. Front palate is mild and blossomy, with a malty middle and a slightly spicy finish. This would be great with grilled fish or chicken, and is fantastic for sitting on the patio watching the sunset on a hot summer day.
