Unibroue Blanche de Chambly

Bottle - May 2006 Pours a pale yellow color with a white head and a vivid carbonatation. Aroma is cistrusy. Flavor is acidic, refreshing, spicy but a bit watery.

Aroma is wit beer writen all over it, lemonish and light, with caramel malts. Taste is similar quite a bit of lemon, refreshing but maybe too light.

A pale color with white head. A lot of carbonation and fruity notes. Light body with a clean finish.

Pours with a huge head of white tightly packed foam. Pale golden and clear with a single fount of carbonation spewing from the middle of the glass. Floral and citrus notes greet the nose. An acidic lemony tart tast greets and finishes.

En fût. Robe blanche voilée surmontée d’une mousse blanche qui s’estompe. Arômes de citron, de blé et de levure. Saveurs de blé, de citron, de levure et de lime.

I enjoyed this beer. not as goos as other unibroue selections, but its a nice witbier. Cloudy, bit of a sweet aroma, tad citrus flavor, but overall fairly smooth.

Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. Tasted semi sweet with some floral and citris. Finished clean and lasting.

Bottled at Belgain Room. Pours a pale golden with lasting white head. Flavor is very light and thin, with a drop of lemon wheat and yeast. A lot of carbonation and a slight tart finish. Refreshing, but simple and missing something.
