| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 17, 2009 This started with a very large, foamy head that reduced to a bit of lacing, and a pleasant, fruity aroma. Colour was a somewhat cloudy medium gold. Tasted of fruit, spices, and a hint of hop. Clean and slightly "sharp"; very nice and refreshing. beersearcher (221), Glendale, California, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 8, 2009 I shared a bottle of this with BeerBaron617. I picked it up at a new bottle shop for me, cloverleaf, and was excited to try it out considering how I enjoy other Unibroue beverages. This was a bit different, lighter, than all of the other beers I have had from them. It was very refreshing :) Pours a nice transparent light yellow with a tight white head. Aroma is light and fruity, like granny smith apples. Taste is very similar, light, very very carbonated (which adds nicely to the mouthfeel, as BeerBaron617 pointed out), and is a lot like having a sparkling apple cider. Tasty and refreshing :) BakerStMuse (19), USA
