Unibroue Blanche de Chambly

Shared a 12oz bottle with merelikesbeer. Pours a slightly cloudy straw yelllow with fluffy white head. The aroma is of apples and yeast. The flavor is light, but also of apples. Very refreshing. CHeers!

I shared a bottle of this with BeerBaron617. I picked it up at a new bottle shop for me, cloverleaf, and was excited to try it out considering how I enjoy other Unibroue beverages. This was a bit different, lighter, than all of the other beers I have had from them. It was very refreshing :) Pours a nice transparent light yellow with a tight white head. Aroma is light and fruity, like granny smith apples. Taste is very similar, light, very very carbonated (which adds nicely to the mouthfeel, as BeerBaron617 pointed out), and is a lot like having a sparkling apple cider. Tasty and refreshing :)

Draft. Biting crispness to the tongue. Mild spice and citrus. Beautiful clean finish.

Bottled. Pours a clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma has mild spices, light citrus, yeast, and lemon. The flavor is crisp and carbonation is lively. Notes of lemon citrus, yeast, spices, and wheat. Good balance and refreshing.

Clear gold with frothy head. Slightly sweet aroma with obvious malt. Lively carbonation. Very sweet on the tip of the tongue, then develops into light wheat flavor. finishes clean.

Pours a nice dark golden/orange color with lots of head with a bit of lacing. The aroma is of grain and fruit. taste is of wheat, fruit, and yeast, good mouthfeel, with a heavy plesent aftertaste. Like all of the Unibroue’s I have had the pleasure of trying I am extremely impressed, just wish it was a bit cheaper, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Hazy golden with a white head. Spicy, tart wheat aromas. Strong clove and coriander flavors with a tart wheat malty base. Nice
