demitriustown (689), Shelby Township, Michigan, USA Jun 27, 2009 12 oz bottle: This brew has a really nice aroma for a Wit somewhat dry, lemon, yeast, fruity, sweet, and has some decent spice notes. Appearance is a clear golden with a hint of amber mixed in there and a fluffy white head. Taste is definitely a Wit lightly subtle wheat notes, dry, yeast, bubbly on the tongue, fruity, and a nice light spice characteristic. Palate is bubbly on the tongue with a linger yeast and wheat characteristic in the aftertaste. Overall, It’s a really nice light wit that I will enjoy on this nice summer day. Cheers! JediMindTricks (239), Hampton, Virginia, USA Jun 26, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Nose & taste is yeasty & of fruity apples. Quite sweet & sugary. Medium & light bodied...it is what it is... nate2g (1034), Brisbane, Australia Jun 26, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy light yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is true to a wit - nice spicy aroma with citrus notes. The flavour is slightly lacking and just doesn’t have the same intensity of the aroma. The taste is clove, coriander and orange. Smooth and bitter finish. Not sure about this wit, I’d have to try it again some time for another opinion. ditmier (1016), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 21, 2009 2009 Bottle - Pours a murky neon tan with a massive white head...aroma is spice and dough, with some lemon zest...flavour is pretty thin and one dimensional, unibroue yeast, grain and citrus....fairly dry and very meh... RedSox2004 (353), Pacific Palisades, California, USA Jun 20, 2009 Cloudy golden yellow with a very thick, pilowy, bright white head that stayed around for a long while and left ok lacing. Lots of tiny bubbles rising from the bottom, almost like a pilsener. Strong citrusy smell with plenty of clove and yeast aromas backing it up. Lemon and wheat flavors were dominant, some pepper and orange as well. Slight tartness. Soft mputhfeel, almost effervescent, and a cool, crisp aftertaste. AWS9 (221), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Jun 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours a nice hazy gold wheat, with a foamy white head that sticks around for a bit. Solid sweet citrus and wheat aroma. Light wheat, with an underlying citrus and slight bitterness. Very clean tasting, great mouth feel. White done right. Did I really just write that, ugh. dirt55 (149), Washington, USA Jun 17, 2009 bottled, pours brilliant pale/cloudy yellow with HUGE white fluffy head, mild aroma of lemon with faint hop note hidden in there, citrus up front with full bubbly mouth feel with cloves noted in the middle with clean/crisp aftertaste on palate, i need more bottles kseecs16 (865), Naperville, Illinois, USA Jun 15, 2009 12oz Bottle.
