750 ml at home. Clear yellow pour. High head with great retention. Aroma has heavy spice, soap, orange, apple. Coriander, clove, banana, and heavy yeast throughout. The finish is long and dry, with a lingering acidity and more heavy spice.

341ml Bottle shared with wife. Aroma: citrus, cloves and other spices. App: cloudy straw, medium white head. Taste and palate: light body, light sweetness, medium carbonation, light acidity and sweet finish. Overall: finish is quite boring for my taste. I?m not a huge witbier fan though. Lacking a bit in taste and finish.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast and orange. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long wheat, yeasty and orange finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours a hazy light golden with a medium foamy white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of slight cloves, fruits and cereals. Taste is a little citrusy, wheaty and dry. Body is light, carbonation high and mouthfeel not quite watery but close. Overall a fine macro witbier, a Quebec classic.

Solid wit. Easy drinking, light bodied, could drink this all day. Good balance of sweet and coriander spice. Good stuff.

Blind tasting. Hazy straw color with off white head. Herbal, lemon, yeasty aroma. Taste is similar. Hint tart, grassy hop, herbal, yeasty herbal finish. Lingering tart citrus.

Heavy citrus flavor, lemon, and maybe some lime and orange as well. I don’t like the style, but for what it is, this isn’t bad.

Pours an almost completely clear yellow with a short lived fizzy white head. What little aroma it had was of fruit. The flavor was of an unpleasant banana taste. The body rather thin with a sour aftertaste. Overall not a good beer.

On tap. Pours a hazy straw gold with a white head. It has a crisp aroma of biscuit, coriander and other spices with a similar flavor that is followed by a great dry finish over a light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma: Orange peel the dominant feature; a little coriander, definite gum. Appearance: Cloudy, rich yellow color with a foamy white head that fades into a lasting cap. Flavor: Orange peel still the featured note with a good amount of gum and a touch of lemon; a coriander puff finishes things out. Palate: Great mouthfeel- medium body, creamy and effervescent with a lingering finish. Overall: An interesting one to consider; really not among the best Witbiers aroma/flavor wise, but hits the nail on the head in terms of appearance and palate. Punches a little above it’s weight because of those factors.

Mmmm!! Delicious. Tastes kinda like a hybrid between a pear cider and a Belgian sour beer.nice light color emanating from the glass. Good color differential throughout. Slight bubble gym flavor.
