3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle...I’ve always had a soft spot for this Brewery and this is a nice summer session beer. Light spices, lemon and wheat emerge from this hazy golden brew. Very crisp and refreshing lemon and grapefruit and somewhat surprisingly sweet mouthful. Pleasant mild tart finish. While not a Unibroue classic, it is a solid beer. yep
P.S. ty jackson for the sample

Blonde pâle, voilée. Mousse blanche, lacings.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy pale-yellow with some head. Yeast, banana, apricot aroma with toast. Flavor is cereal, some citrus, slightly tangy with a hint of sweetness, a little bland. Effervescent finish. Pretty average.

This ale poured a light yellow colour with a bright white, fizzy head. Scents include cheese, yeast and light spice and hops. First swig was quite carbonated with flavours of yeast, corn and spice. Finish is yeasty with clove flavours lingering.

Less than great witbier with a mild aroma and very mild flavor. Wheat and yeast take the center stage with some spices underneath, but in the end there is too little delivered.

Has an orange color and not very foamy. Had a citrus taste with lots of carbonization. Light and sweet. Overall, not bad.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home unwinding after work on a Friday. Appearance is a very cloudy moderately dark gold with a very rich white head. Aroma smells of bottle carbonation, very yeasty, clove notes as well, smells like a Belgian brewery (from Canada). Taste is rather good, finishes dry, light clove, thick but not boozy, enjoyable. Good stuff.
