Cloudy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and wheat. Quite typical belgian white, but a bit more sweet and quite yeasty. Nicely balanced.

bottle, thanks to robinvboyer. I really like beers like this. Aroma is yeast. Pours a cloudy golden color with a nice foamy head. Good sediment in bottom of bottle. Flavor is yeasty and creamy. No real hops are evident. Very nice beer. thanks robin!!!!

Bottle. Orange-apricot pulp aroma. Cloudly pale orange yellow color with tiny head. Sour stale wheat flavor with no noticeable fruit tones. Weak body. May have gotten an old bottle as this doesn’t stand up to the other Unibroue beers I’ve had. Will have to try again sometime.

A paler version of Hoegaarden. Great white head like a pillow. Smooth and clean for a White. Even the yeast was mild. Can drink this for a while.

in 12 oz. bottle. pours a cloudy white. a pale light yellow. pock-marked, big, fluffy head which disappears instantly. Very effervescent. aroma is yeasty and citrusy, in fact a little orange-y. taste is dry, chalky, sweet, and fizzy. finish is crisp.

This was the first Canadian micro beer Ive had and was pleasantly surprised. The aroma was typically spicy with hints of corriander and the body had that typical zesty wheat flavour you expect from a Belgian wit. Head didnt last as long as I expected but overall enjoyable.

Bottle marked best before 08.06.10, and I think from the date stamp that it is a 2006 bottle. Pours with a slightly hazed (pretty clear for a wit) gold body with a rocky white head that slowly descends to nothing above it. Aroma of coriander, honey, fennel, florals and Unibroue house yeast. Taste is Unibroue house yeast, coriander, celery and biscuit. Fizzy and dryish mouthfeel.
