Oct 3, 2007 Updated: Jun 15, 200975bl corked bottle. Poured a hazy yellow and faint green? colour. Everything was a nice witbier but there was something strange in the finish. Will rate again after getting another bottle and see if I can’t determine the flavours.

Apr 29, 2004 Pours a pale orange in color, clear. Small white head roars to life with a loud hiss and quickly falls to nothingness. Oranges, lemons, and honey in the aroma, which is rather weak. Initial citrus flavor-- blood oranges and lemons-- and a definite underlying wheat flavor towards the end. Finish is cereal-y -- raw, yet fresh. Rather light all around.

Jun 22, 2004 Nice looking cloudy dark honey colored beer with a frothy egg white head that is mostly diminishing. Wonderfully yeasty aroma with some light wheatiness as well. Aroma inspires a sip. Fully carbonated mouth feel. Flavor is yeasty/spicy with a wheat base. This is a great summer drinker here in Tejas.

Apr 19, 2009 Sample at the Unibroue tasting at Blacklick Wine and Spirits on 4.10.09. Semi-opaque gold color with a big white head. Yeasty aroma that is a bit tart and just a touch of hops. Yeasty flavor with a sweet and sour malty finish. Mouthfeel is heavily carbonated.
