3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz pour from refrigerated bottle into Erdinger .5L Weissbrau glass. Pours a vigorous-but-quickly-dissipating head. After about a minute only about 1/10 of original head remains. Strong carbonation. Straw colored. Nose is orange, coriander, and maybe wheat. Mouthfeel is appropriate for style-- a little watery. Taste is not much, though probably appropriate for style. Dry. Orange and wheat. No bite to it. Fairly bland. Mediocre overall.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured a very thick off-white creamy head. A hazy light orange colour. Citrus flavours for sure like lemon and tangy stuff as well as various fruits. Very hoppy taste but not too crazy. Aroma of breads and malts.
Perfect summer type brew!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Above average wit with a unique spin. Good wheat aroma with spices. Nice golden champagne-like color with a lot of fizz. Light bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Blended well were the wheat, citrus, coriander and spice from the yeast.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Unfiltered straw colour. Thin white head settling quickly to a film. Not much lacing. Mild carbonation.
Aromas of white pepper, spices and coriander.
Crisp palate. Tastes of citrus, banana, yeast, pepper.
Very reminiscent of some of the best Saisons I have had, although categorized as a wheat beer. This would be an amazing hot summer day beer where you need to have your thirst quenched.
