Beautiful eruption of foam when this one is poured. Strong white head over a sparkling pale yellow with lots of bubbles and haze. Smells of light fruits, wheat, yeast and caramel. The flavour is spicy and bready with lemon peel and banana notes in the finish. Light and medium thin body with slightly above average carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking. My favourite Unibroue yet. rayOfBeer (319), El Cerrito, California, USA

Aromas of citrusy corriander, wheat, and maybe a little banana. Flavor is citrus, corriander, malt sweetness, soft banana and clove, and a little yeasty tartness. There is plenty of spice in this one with a nice carbonation zing that is very refreshing. This is a good warm weather and food beer. Imperial-John (168), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

One of the best blanche’s I have ever tried, and I have had alot. Loads of fruits on the nose, including pear, peach, white grape, apple and orange. Flavors are very fruity, with vanilla, citrus, with a hint of corriander and clove. Lots of wheat and yeast too, with nice sediment in the bottle. Creamy, great carbonation with a medium body that goes down so well. FInished creamy with lots of fruit and wheat. I would have to say this is great shit. It’s a shame it is so expensive. Definitely try this if you like wit’s\wheat’s. I can’t believe Canidian’s make this, ha haha. Blame Canada! Berley31 (230), New Brunswick, Canada

Pours with an average-sized white head, that lasts for a little while. Color is dark yellow, with cloudiness throughout and good lacing. Aroma is citrusy, as expected (orange especially), with light yeast. Medium body on the palate, with average carbonation and a slightly bitter finish. Tasty flavor with average duration, moderate acidity, and lightly bitter. Good price, would definitely drink again... one of the better Belgian whites I’ve had in a while. locust (10), Brampton, Ontario, Canada

Lots of spice right off the nose and tastes like excellently balanced fruit. Appearance is a beautiful frosty yellow, cloudy, in a good way... One of my favorites clearly
