A tasty belgian white - aromas of banana, kind of light, delicious Unibroue ale yeast taste.. this is the way a Belgian white should be made!

Lemon wheat nose with slight clove notes. Slightly hazy gold, massive foamy head. Mellow biscuit sweetness, slight peppery bitterness. Big snappy carbonation, medium body, crisp and spicy finish. Really pleasant beer, easy drinking, but flirts with big complexity.

Bottle. Poured a hazy gold with a three finger white head. Aroma of yeast and some coriander and orange peel. Flavor was malty with a normal wit flavor. Good beer.

Essa witbier é uma grata surpresa e prova seu valor logo que é despejada no copo. Enche os olhos com uma espuma alva, enorme e agitada. Apresenta excelente formação de colarinho, de persistência muito duradoura. Seu corpo tem uma claridade gasosa, borbulhante, com partículas médias e uma coloração amarelo-clara, incitante. Apresenta um particular efeito efervescente na formação de espuma, o que a deixa ainda mais atraente. No aroma, percebem-se notas cítricas de limão, leite azedo e, respirando-se bem fundo, giz. O sabor inicial é de leve acidez, agradável – sensação esta que perdura até o final do gole, sempre capitaneado pelo gosto azedo característico das witbier, sendo este, no entanto, palatável para qualquer apreciador de cerveja, dos mais leigos aos mais experientes. A deleitosa experiência é completada com o trato ao paladar, cujos respeitos são prestados por um corpo leve para médio, uma textura aguada e a carbonatação altíssima e borbulhante que perde força desde a formação de espuma, mas continua efervescente até o último gole. Seu final é levemente adstringente. Uma ótima experiência, indicada como iniciação no estilo witbier.

A - Strong citrus and banana peel A - Light gold and hazy T - Sour and salty P - Full and mellow O - A really complete beer, but the citrus caused a bit too much sour for me.

Bottle. Cloudy peach flavor, with a fizzy white head. White beers are some of the uglier beers around, but looks can be deceiving. Aromas of cloves, banana, and hay. A real farmhouse feel in the nose. Flavors of spices are present. Nutmeg, wheat, hay. Good. A watery finish that tickles the tongue and fancy. Good beer

bottle, thanks to robinvboyer. I really like beers like this. Aroma is yeast. Pours a cloudy golden color with a nice foamy head. Good sediment in bottom of bottle. Flavor is yeasty and creamy. No real hops are evident. Very nice beer. thanks robin!!!!

Aroma - spicy, corriander, cinnamon, banana, orange. Flavor - orange, cinnamon, corriander, banana bread. Mouthfeel is carbonated. Good beer.
