Light, yeasty, citrusy aroma gives way to a medium, slightly sweet taste; the phenols are well controlled. The head is about what you’d expect; overall, a good example of a white ale. I’d call it one of my desert island beers. dogfish120love (296), west hartford, Connecticut, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 6, 2010 Pours a cloudy/ hazy yellow with very little head. Smells of coriander and orange rinds. The flavor is rather light and refreshing yet a little funky. The beer finishes with the typical unibroue funkiness, which I’m pretty sure is the yeast strain. kp (8600), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

More citrus fruits in the flavour and it is neither too bitter nor too sweet. A remarkable wheat beer - a favourite of mine in Toronto over the summer. shp555 (1777), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

For what it lacks in flavor and palate, it earns points in its handsome appearance and smoothness. Plenty of sediment, not much lacing. thepegjett (109), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
