Jan 7, 2010 One of my favorite beers, mostly because I like beers that are so unfiltered that you have to floss afterwards. Light, yeasty, citrusy aroma gives way to a medium, slightly sweet taste; the phenols are well controlled. The head is about what you’d expect; overall, a good example of a white ale. I’d call it one of my desert island beers.

Jan 6, 2010 Pours a cloudy/ hazy yellow with very little head. Smells of coriander and orange rinds. The flavor is rather light and refreshing yet a little funky. The beer finishes with the typical unibroue funkiness, which I’m pretty sure is the yeast strain.

Jan 3, 2010 On tap. Refreshing citrus aroma. Pale cloudy appearance. More citrus fruits in the flavour and it is neither too bitter nor too sweet. A remarkable wheat beer - a favourite of mine in Toronto over the summer.

Jan 1, 2010 A refreshing wit, albeit a tad thin. For what it lacks in flavor and palate, it earns points in its handsome appearance and smoothness. Plenty of sediment, not much lacing.

Dec 29, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden body with a large white head. Sweet with wheat tones, pears, lemongrass, some light citrus notes, and a sweet wheat y body. A nice wheat ale.
