daniel0017 (232), Ontario, Canada Nov 13, 2006 What a beautiful beer! Thick bubbly white head that dissipates fairly quickly and does not leave much lacing on the glass. Looks like a hazy champagne with the lively effervescence that is present even long after uncorking the bottle. As a belgian white, this beer excels in all characteristics. Aroma is subtle, citrusy-sweet, warm and apetizing. Flavor is light, fruity (grapes, citrus) and also a little bit of hops, leaving you with a prolonged similar aftertaste... Wicked! The mouthfeel is slightly tangy and sweet with good carbonation. On the whole, don’t look for something overly complex in this beer. Just enjoy it!
marcus (1192), Sacramento, California, USA Jan 7, 2009 This hazy yellow beer poured with a massive white head and lots of floaties. There is a citrus and banana aroma and a fairly pleasant wheat flavor. It is missing the spices that are common to Belgian style witbier. Jmichael (594), Asheville, North Carolina, USA Jan 6, 2009 pours a clear copper gold with fizzy full white head, crisp aroma of cider and fruit undertones, good mild palate, and refreshing light drink branspra (125), Arlington, Virginia, USA Dec 30, 2008 Bottle. Pours blonde color with an extremely large head white in color, so large that it takes three minutes to pour the beer. Aromas of bananas, a bit of apple, and some hay. Lively start with a slick finish. Tastes of bananas. Very good wit beer. jjuf1853 (257), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA Dec 29, 2008 Bottle pours a clear golden yellow color with a foamy white head.
