Wonderful doughy, yeasty aroma. Smooth palate with cleansing carbonation. Yeast and some zingy zestiness adds to the refreshingness. Really easy to drink, especially in the summer.

Pours a pale golden color. Aroma of yeast, coriander, and orange. Taste follows the nose. Great beer on a hot day.

On tap at the Federal, Durham. Surprised I hadn’t ticked this one. As usual with Unibroue, they nail the style pretty hard. It’s just not a style I find very interesting. Hazy pale gold pour, nice prickly head and an invitingly dry nose. Flavors benefit from less of the sweet/spicy nonsense you often get with this style. Light spice along with citrus and dry hops to taste. Again, not bad for the style but . . .

On tap at Taps in Petaluma. Pours a hazy pale golden color. Very dry belgian white with a little citrus flavor at the start.

Bottle from the six type variety mini case purchased at Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. Very nice and quite unique. Loved every sip.

From 12oz bottle. Huge frothy white head, clear yellow effervescent body. Nose has good amount of coriander and herbal and floral notes. Very light easy drinking body, good amount of carbonation. Some peach flavors and light fruit. Nice beer.

Pours hazy golden, finger white head, thin lacing. Wheat, big Belgian yeast esters up front on the aroma, noble hop and a bit of bubble gum as well. Taste wheat malt, lot of Belgian yeast "funk" bubble gum, fruity esters and noble hops all blend nicely. Light body, high carbonation, spicy. Overall, good, nice and refreshing, complex flavor, I will be drinking more of this.
