I found this beer unmemorable and doubt that I would seek it out again. Unimpressive for a Belgian brew.

I enjoyed this beautiful example of a Belgian witbier. Not too high in acidity like a Hoegaarden or an Ommegang Witte, but a wonderful aroma and enjoyable aftertaste. It could serve as a bridge from witbiers to hefeweizens. All in all very refreshing and wonderful with salads!

Great nose, fresh bread, yeast, overripe fruits Taste: rich bubbly mouthfeel, slight banana & citrus. Finish: light on bitters, sweet/sour finish. (bottle code C30161117Q, tasted 06/15/16)

Grapefruit and apricot smell. Hazy straw appearance with a small white head. Pleasant apricot, lemon and grapefruit taste. Seems a little watered down but a decent summer beer.

750ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is wheat, spicies, raw water, some orange notes on the background. Taste is slightly sour, fresh, smooth, spicies. Very good balanced witbier as it should be.

Bouteille de 341ml. Dégustée le 7 avril 2015. Bière blonde pâle. Très très effervescente, bulles moyennes. Mousse beaucoup, col épais blanc peu compact et persistant.

0.341 l bottle from ’Saveur Bière’. Hazy golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-fruity, yeasty-spicy aroma with lots of peach, clove and honeydew. Sweetish-fruity, yeasty-spicy taste with lots of peach, honeydew and some clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit spicy and lightly chalky finish. Thin to medium body, slightly fizzy mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice stuff, I like the fruitiness a lot.
