3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle-Initially very light but as the yeast is added from the bottle it changes to a dark cloudy yellow hue. A fizzy white head goes away with not lacing at all. Aroma is lemony like a magnolia blossom. Banana and clove is muted. Soapy notes are a negative. A pleasant taste but a bit too lemony. The texture is light. A high carbonation is an interesting feature. Very dry finish makes this beer almost like a champagne. Unibroue is one of my favorite breweries, so I am sure that this is exactly the beer they were trying to make. It is unique but not strictly to my liking. Let me try it again in a year and see if my tastes have changed.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a translucent golden hue. Sweet, fruity, citrus aroma. Good head, which dissipates quickly, nice lacing. Wonderful beer for someone looking to acquire a taste for Belgian beer. If Unibroue offers an easy drinking summer brew, then this most certainly would be their zenith!
This is indeed a wonderful value in western Quebec, as most "dépanneurs" and grocery stores offer this at the same price point as the mainstream macros.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
The only thing that could make this beer more Belgian would be a tricolored flying over the brewer’s homeland rather than a maple leaf. With its pale color and fluffy head, Blanche de Chambly is a perfect embodiment of the Belgian White. Banana, bread, and spice in the aroma. Flavor has citrus, banana, and (mildly) peppery yeast. Smooth and refreshing, Blanche de Chambly isn’t made for sipping. Don’t expect to nurse it.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A- Citrus, spice, wheat, soft.
A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Wheat, spices, subtle citrus.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, light finish.
O- This was very similar to a Hoegaarden in my book. Although a little heavier on the spice yet overall lighter on the palate. A decent beer but not super exciting.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz. bottle poured to a Blanche De Chambly flute glass at Lunar Brewing Co., displaying a fairly clear, golden color, with a persistent, creamy & mousse-like, soft white layer of head foam, and clingy waves, spots, and strands of lacing. The nose was lightly coriander spiced & floral, with subtle yeast, light wheat, lemon, and orange zest. A lightly creamy mouthfeel prepped the palate, as the taste mimicked the aroma notes, added a light tartness, and highly effervescent, almost seltzery carbonation, all in a light to medium body. Highly refreshing & flavorful. One of the best examples of the style.

341 ml bottle from a six-pack from Liquor Depot, served in a straight-sided goblet. Unibroue always packages their beers so classily, with foil-covered caps and attractive, informative labeling. Pours a slightly hazy orange-yellow with low carbonation and a short head of off-white that leaves a lace ring or two. Nose features sweet white wine with an earthy undertone, and mild hints of malt, spice, citrus, and banana. Flavor has mildly spicy and somewhat ersatz bananas to spare, with citrus hops and malty toastiness in smaller quantities. Light-bodied, with a clean finish after a short banana aftertaste. A good tipple, but somewhat less refined than the weissbiers from across the pond.

I really love this brewery. Chambly is one of their lighter beers and it's a nice change of pace if your not wanting the heavy thick beer like tres pistoles.

Aroma of yeast and bread. Pours a golden straw color with a nice foamy head. Has a nice wheat beer flavor with notes of straw, yeast, fresh baked bread, hay, with a nice mild spice level in the finish of coriander, lemon/orange zest, etc
