Mild and refreshing Blonde de Chambly has a floral nose and a light citrus bouquet. With its foamy white head and lively effervescence, it is an ideal partner for an unforgettable sensory experience

Aroma is fairly light, with almost an earthiness to it, but quite mildly so. Then I start to pick up the spice in there, bit more clove and nutmeg as it warms. Poured into a Chimay glass, the beer is very efferfes... effervesc.. bubbly. A very small head dissipated quickly and there’s nothing to lace at all. Taste is really good. Very refreshing, good sweetness mixed with bitterness. Mouthfeel is a fun bubbliness, it almost feels overly light but then that Belgian aftertaste comes through and rounds it out with a decent long aftertaste. Some say that Unibroue beers all taste the same, but if they taste like this, who’s complaining?

Golden pour with a quick dissapating lace. Fruit honey, spice and clove aroma. Smooth texture. Malt, honey flavour with spice a strong influence of clove.

Light golden with a smoggy haze. The carb bubbles are commuting busily. Smells sweet with hints of fruit. Sweet and sour on the tongue, very unique. Finishes with sweet ripened pear notes. The quench wench on the front served me well. Its a nice blonde ale for sure. Thanks Lagerboy

Bottle. Hazy golden with a lively creamy white head. Zesty fresh pear and spices (that lovely Unibroue signature yeast), lightly tart, very refreshing! This is officially my beer of summer for 2013. I’m loading my fridge with this and everyone who comes through my door will get one!

750ml. Hazy golden colour. Belgian yeast aroma with esters, kitchen spices, a slightly floral aroma. wow light tasting beer. Fast finish, the flavours are gone before the attack is finished. yeast and spice and a watery finish. I’m disappointed with this one. big time.

750ml bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow/gold colour with a frothy white head that leaves less lace than you might think. Classic Belgian spice on the nose with a lot of fresh wheat. There’s a lemony fruit in the back end. Light spice dominates the palate as well. High carbonation level. Solid but far from outstanding.
