Bottle (341 ml). Hazy blond with a medium slowly diminishing white head. Aroma is of lemon zest, Unibroue yeast, spices, wheat and slight floral notes. Taste is also yeast with spices and fruit notes. Light body. Easily drinkable. Good blond ale.

Une belle blonde bien citronnée et orangée, pétillante et dorée. Une bonne bière de soif qui sort tout de même de l’ordinaire.

Hazy gold body with a thin fluffy crown. While pouring I smelt cat food but that seems to have vanished now, the typical Unibroue aromas, yeast, spice with a citrusy grainy finish. Taste is the same. Crisp clean and a nice carbonated finish. This might be more lemony the other Uni’s. I feel lazy and don’t want to make up any more flavours. What they do they do well......but i wish there was more variety in there beers.

pours a straw yellow. with a thin white head.aroma is sweet.malt, banana, orange zest and pepper.flavors of banana, orange zest and coriander.thin body, medium carbonation with a fizzy mouthfeel.the aromas and flavor of this beer are so faint it just doesnt do it for me.if someone took 80% miller high life and mixed it with 20%percent la fin du monde i believe it would taste a lot like this.big fan of unibroue, but not a fan of this particular beer.

sulawang (723) - British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 25, 2012
pours cloudy golden orange-yellow with a large thick foamy head, good retention, lots of very active streams. Mild funk, light citrus & sourness on the nose. Drinks with a sharp burpy bubbliness up front, 7/10-sweetness up front & mild sourness, fading into banana, apricot, wheat/grain, mild coriander, almost salty, cutting dry across the tongue, and an aromatic wheaty exhale. Medium complexity, medium depth, good transitions, okay carry, decent drinkability. The dry finish of this beer is a bit off-putting.
