3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy gold body with a thin fluffy crown. While pouring I smelt cat food but that seems to have vanished now, the typical Unibroue aromas, yeast, spice with a citrusy grainy finish. Taste is the same. Crisp clean and a nice carbonated finish. This might be more lemony the other Uni’s. I feel lazy and don’t want to make up any more flavours. What they do they do well......but i wish there was more variety in there beers.

pours a straw yellow. with a thin white head.aroma is sweet.malt, banana, orange zest and pepper.flavors of banana, orange zest and coriander.thin body, medium carbonation with a fizzy mouthfeel.the aromas and flavor of this beer are so faint it just doesnt do it for me.if someone took 80% miller high life and mixed it with 20%percent la fin du monde i believe it would taste a lot like this.big fan of unibroue, but not a fan of this particular beer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
pours cloudy golden orange-yellow with a large thick foamy head, good retention, lots of very active streams. Mild funk, light citrus & sourness on the nose. Drinks with a sharp burpy bubbliness up front, 7/10-sweetness up front & mild sourness, fading into banana, apricot, wheat/grain, mild coriander, almost salty, cutting dry across the tongue, and an aromatic wheaty exhale. Medium complexity, medium depth, good transitions, okay carry, decent drinkability. The dry finish of this beer is a bit off-putting.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle. Clear golden with a white head. Reminds me of a lighter Blanche de Chambly but not quite as much wheat. Unibroue yeast, some wheat, slight spice, bit sweet, grass and lemon zest. Moderate to high carbonation, mild body but strong flavour profile, on the sweet side but fresh and pleasant. Would definitely drink this in the summer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Beautiful little session brew. The pour is a cloudy golden blonde in the body with a puffy off white head and light sparkly carbonation. The nose is lightly spiced, with light wheaty malt notes, a bit of a citrus hop note. The middle is lightly sweet, grainy and crisp with a few spiced and citrus notes. Well balanced overall and quite tasty indeed.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma: Peaches and cream, grapefruit, citrusy, coriander, a slight boozeyness and the signature Unibroue yeast. For a 5% beer this is quite aromatic and I’ve had higher ABV beers do much worse than this.
Appearance: Cloudy gold color with a puffy, white head that fades to a bit of lacing.
Taste: A bit on the watery side but it’s quite citrusy and the hop flavour comes out quite well. Slight caramel hints.
Palate: On the thin side but it’s quite nice with nothing offensive or offputting. Sweet with a bitter then sour finish.
Overall: Clean and refreshing and has quite the character. Very enjoyable and I thought I’d have a hard time replacing Hoegaarden for a cheap and refreshing beer. They’ve met their match!
