Doughy yeast, citrus and spices in the nose. Hazy yellow-blond body is topped by a generous white head that lasts well and laces nicely. Sour wheat is joined by citrus, hay and spice flavours that linger pleasantly. Medium body with strong carbonation. Tulip glass. Fridge temperature. Bottle purchased at the BCLS at Hellsgate.

750 mL bottle. Pouts lightly hazed golden with a well formed long lasting head of white that leaves no lacing. Aromas of straw, grainy malt, banana, bubblegum, lemon, slight spice. Mildly sweet at first, subtle hop bitterness and a lightly tart finish. Light bodied with full carbonation. Understated and refreshing.

The beer is blonde (yellow) with some golden. Nice white foamy head that, however, disappear quickly. Citrus notes in the aroma with some yeast (typical of Unibroue). Taste wise, this beer taste like Blanche De Chambly but thinner. Refreshing beer. Lots of carbonation. This beer is a great summer beer. Nothing out of this world but very tasty and refreshing.

Definitely Unibroue! Fresh bread yeast on the nose. Sediment. Nice head and fine carbonation. Amber-yellow in the glass. Great for a hot day.

Ok light Belgian, thought overall palate is a little on the weak side. Pours cloudy orange with decent head and lacing. Light unibroue yeast on nose with some bread and light citrus. Finishes with light softness. Soft carbonation. Bottle.
